DISPATCH TIMES
Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday, on Saturday and Sunday, and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Once your order is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Once we’ve sent it, you’ll get a notification via text or email to let you know it’s been dispatched.
GOING TO BE OUT?
On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive a notification via text or email with an estimated time. If you won’t be at home, you can reschedule it or arrange to have it left in a safe place via the courier's delivery options.

EXPRESS DELIVERY - UK MAINLAND:
DPD Next Day - £6.50 - next working day
DPD Next Day Pre 12pm - £18.50 - next working day before 12pm
DPD Saturday - £23.50 - the Saturday following your order
EXPRESS DELIVERY – NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS:
DPD 2-Day Delivery - £18.60 - 2 working days
Returns
We hope you love your Salvaterra products. However, if for any reason you change your mind, you can return your order within 28 days of delivery. To start a return, email returns@salvaterrabeauty.com quoting your order number.
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
Return postage is covered by the customer unless the product is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service to send your return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
